The colloquium organized by the RT18 " Professional Relations " of the French Association of Sociology ( AFS) and the Laboratory of Economy and Sociology of the Work (LEST - AMU - CNRS) will take place on May 28th and 29th, 2015 in Aix-en-Provence.

In the context of a multidimensional crisis, this colloquium chooses to question the possibilities and the processes of bargaining around the working activity, around its contents and its conditions of exercise by emphasizing the social confrontation and the bargaining, relative to the contents of the work - its conditions of exercise, its organization, its evaluation, its effects on the people and the collectives - and this, whatever are the processes in cause: formalized bargainings, governmental initiatives, collective conflicts, informal bargainings …
